What to include
If you are writing about a specific article, the page title and the section heading help enormously. If you are asking a craft question, tell us what camera and microphone you are working with and what the room is like — those three facts change almost every answer we could give.
Corrections
If we have got something wrong, we want to know. Send the passage and, where you can, a source. Verified corrections are made to the article itself rather than tucked away in a note at the bottom.
What we cannot help with
- Repairing, servicing or authenticating camera equipment.
- Recovering footage from a damaged or formatted memory card.
- Legal, insurance or permit questions relating to a shoot — please speak to a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
- Reviewing or promoting products in exchange for payment.
